How to Make a Payment on Blockkoin BKR

The Payments feature on Blockkoin BKR allows you to move funds either externally to a beneficiary (via Payout) or internally between your own wallets (via Transfer). Use this feature to send money to saved beneficiaries or move your funds between different currencies within your Blockkoin account.

1. Navigate to Payments

  1. Log in to your Blockkoin BKR account at bkr.blockkoin.io.

  2. In the left-hand menu, select Payments.

  3. You’ll see two options:

    • Payout – Send funds to an external account or wallet.

    • Transfer – Move money instantly between your own Blockkoin wallets.

2. Making a Payout (External Payment)

A Payout is used to send money to a saved beneficiary, either to a bank account or a mobile money wallet.

Step-by-Step

  1. Click Payout.

  2. From the dropdowns, select:

    • Wallet or Account – The wallet you want to send funds from (e.g., USDT, ZAR).

    • Beneficiary – Choose a saved beneficiary from your list.

  3. Select the Currency and enter the Amount you wish to send.

  4. In the Recipient Reference field, type a clear reference for the receiver.

    Example: “John Payment” or “Invoice 1024”.

  5. Review all details and click Send to confirm.

Your payment will appear in the Transactions tab with a status of Pending or Approved once processed.

3. Making a Transfer (Internal Payment)

A Transfer allows you to move funds instantly between your own Blockkoin wallets — for example, converting USDT to BTC or sending ZAR to your USD wallet.

Step-by-Step

  1. From the Payments screen, select Transfer.

  2. Choose your From Currency and To Currency.

  3. Enter the Amount you wish to transfer.

  4. Review the Exchange Rate displayed and the amount you’ll receive after conversion.

  5. Once ready, click Proceed to complete the transfer.

Your transfer will process instantly and reflect in your wallet balances.

4. Track Your Payment

  1. Navigate to the Transactions section in the left menu.

  2. Here, you can view:

    • Date, Type, and Currency of each transaction.

    • Recipient and Reference number.

    • Status (Pending, Approved, or Declined).

Payments are generally processed quickly, but external payouts may take up to 48 hours on working days depending on the destination bank or service.

Tips

  • Ensure your beneficiary details are correct before making a payout.

  • Use Transfer only for moving funds within your own Blockkoin account.

  • Add your recipients under Beneficiaries before making your first payment to them.

  • Keep a clear reference for easy tracking of transactions.
