How to Deposit Funds on Blockkoin BKR

Once your account is created and verified, you can easily deposit funds into your Blockkoin BKR wallet using your local currency (ZAR). Deposits are currently available via bank transfer, with card and voucher options coming soon.

1. Access Your Wallet Dashboard

  1. Log in to your Blockkoin BKR account at bkr.blockkoin.io.

  2. On the Home screen, you’ll see your wallet list under Wallets.

  3. Locate your local currency (ZAR) wallet.

  4. Click the Deposit button next to it.

2. Select Deposit Method

A pop-up window will appear with available funding methods.
Currently, only Bank Transfer is active.

  • Bank Transfer – deposit directly from your local bank account.

  • Card (Coming Soon) – deposit using your debit or credit card.

  • Voucher (Coming Soon) – deposit using a Blockkoin voucher.

Select Bank and click Next.

3. Enter Deposit Amount

  1. In the Amount field, enter how much you’d like to deposit in your local currency (ZAR).

  2. The system will display a conversion estimate to your chosen digital currency for reference.

  3. Click Next to proceed.

4. Make a Bank Transfer

You’ll now be shown the correct bank account details for your selected local currency.

Each currency has a dedicated bank account for faster processing.

A unique reference number will also appear on your screen.
✅ Important: This reference number is specific to your account and must be used exactly as shown when you make the transfer.

Before sending funds:

  • Add Blockkoin (PTY) LTD as a beneficiary in your banking app.

  • Use your unique reference number in the payment reference field.

Once the transfer is complete, click Next to confirm.

5. Deposit Confirmation

After making your payment:

  • Your deposit will reflect under Transactions once received and processed.

  • EFT deposits typically reflect within 48 hours on working days.

If your deposit hasn’t appeared within this time, contact support and include your proof of payment.

Tips for a Smooth Deposit

  • Always use the correct reference number — this ensures your funds are matched to your wallet automatically.

  • Do not share your reference number with others — it is unique to your account.

  • Save Blockkoin (PTY) LTD as a beneficiary for future deposits.
