How do you register as a new user?

Sign up in a few easy steps through exchange.blockkoin.io. Complete identity verification with ID, proof of address, and selfie. Businesses must submit company documents, structure, and owner details. Verification completes quickly—often immediate

How do I sign up for an account?

  1. Go to exchange.blockkoin.io

  2. Click Create Account

  3. Fill in your personal details

  4. Submit the form

  5. Check your email for a verification code

  6. Enter the code and verify your email

  7. Log in to your account

What personal information is required to register?

  1. To complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as an individual:

  2. Upload a scanned copy of your government-issued ID (e.g., ID card, passport, or driver’s license)

  3. Upload proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, not older than 3 months)

  4. Take a live selfie using your device camera

  5. Ensure all files are in JPG, PNG, or PDF format

If you are registering as a business (KYB – Know Your Business):

  1. Submit a valid Certificate of Incorporation

  2. Provide Proof of business address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)

  3. Upload the company’s ownership structure

  4. Submit ID and proof of address for all directors and beneficial owners

  5. Complete any additional forms as required during the onboarding process

Once all required documentation is submitted, the verification process typically completes immediately after submission, or within 24–48 hours depending on volume.

You can access the verification section anytime by going to Settings > Verification. A pop-up will also prompt you to complete verification right after signing up.
