How Customers Pay a BK Pay Invoice

Once you create and send a BK Pay invoice, your customer can easily complete payment in cryptocurrency. Here’s how it works from their side:

1. Receive the Invoice

• The customer will get the invoice link via email or as a printed QR code on the invoice.

2. Open the Payment Page

• When they click the link or scan the QR code, they’ll be taken to a secure BK Pay payment page.

• This page will display the exact amount, cryptocurrency type, and wallet address to send the funds to.

3. Select Their Crypto Wallet

• The customer opens their preferred crypto wallet (e.g., Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Binance, Coinbase, or any other supported wallet).

4. Enter Payment Details

• They copy the wallet address shown on the invoice OR scan the QR code directly from their wallet app.

• They enter the exact amount in the correct cryptocurrency (e.g., BTC, USDT, ETH).

5. Send the Payment

• The customer confirms the transaction in their wallet.

• BK Pay automatically detects incoming transactions and starts tracking confirmations on the blockchain.

6. Confirmation

• Once the required blockchain confirmations are complete, the invoice status updates to Paid in your merchant dashboard.

• The customer can also see a confirmation message on the payment page.

Important:

• The customer must send the exact crypto type and amount listed on the invoice.

• Sending the wrong currency or amount could result in delays or failed payments.
